Jyn Tournament: Cost of Refresh Rate?

Does this current Jyn Tourney have the new style refresh cost in place, or did it go back to the old style (like how The last Vader system was still old style)? I'm assuming the new style. If there is...

I Would also like to know the prizes, similar to Vader TIE challenge, top 25 can unlock she or like top100 can unlock she?
