- Kylo Ren is the main villain of The Force Awakens but unfortunately, he is not viable in every mode in the game. He deserves to be reworked so that players can use him again. Anyway, here's my idea on a rework for him.
Kylo Ren
Dark Side, First Order, Attacker
Aggressive First Order attacker that can crush enemies and reuse special attacks when damaged
Power - 9018
Speed - 159
Health - 24,448
Ragged Cut (Basic) - Deal Physical damage to target enemy and Bleed them for 2 turns. Bleeding enemies take 15% more damage when attacked, deal Damage Over Time, and cannot gain Health.
Damage: 3631 - 3907
Lash Out (Special) - Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Ability Block for 1 turn and remove 20% turn meter. If this attack scores more than one Critical Hit, Kylo Ren attacks again. (4 turn cooldown)
Damage: 3197 - 3501
Force Stun (Special) - Deal Physical damage to target enemy and Stun them for 3 turns. Also remove all positive status effects if Stun is successful. (3 turn cooldown)
Damage: 4587 - 5143
Master Of The Knights Of Ren (Leader) - First Order allies have +35 Speed and a 30% chance to gain Foresight for 2 turns whenever they attack an enemy. Whenever an ally is Critically Hit, they gain 55% Turn Meter and Retribution for 1 turn.
Unstopabble (Unique) - Kylo has a 50% chance to reset his cooldowns whenever he is damaged. This chance is doubled whenever he suffers a negative status effect. - The rework you suggest here makes me smile, I spent so much resources into him when I was new to the game. I came to swgoh right after Episode VII and he was very hyped at that time. The unique mechanic (bleed) would make his usually ignorable character noticeable. And that leader ability could help get FO into a possible meta, the only criticism to this is I feel Lash Out might be too good here, all his other moves are super helpful and the fact that with this he is a 5 moveset character, it has to be balanced out. I would say Lash Out AoE ability blocks and removes 20% turn meter, on critical hit, this attack goes again, no speed down mechanic. With Phasma's Victory March this move would be guaranteed to have the bonus attack, but forces the player to not mindlessly spam Victory March and use it more coherently with Kylo Rens kit. All and all, I hope this character does get a tweek, Im embarrassed with how much gear I dumped into him -.- and good suggestions @Velocitious =)
- I like the proposed idea a lot. Especially if Galaxy of Heroes could add other Ren Knights in the future. I do like Outrage though. The 75% more damage when Kylo hits under 50% health has saved my life a few times and evened the odds, but I am interested to see Force Stun and a leadership perk. Kylo could definitely do with a leadership passive considering his position in the First Order

Thanks for your feedback. When I was new to the game, I also did the same thing as you. When I first saw Kylo Ren in the game, I bought so many Chromium Data packs just to get him. I was really disappointed when I watched a video about Kylo Ren and realized he is weak in the game.
I edited the Lash Out ability as what you said. I agree, Kylo and Phasma would be great together because of Victory March. Do you think that Kylo should attack again if he crits while attacking the second time? I was thinking a maximum of only 3 attacks so that he won't be OP. Yes, once Episode 8 comes out there'll be Ren Knights characters in the game. This would buff the First Order faction since they're one of the weakest factions right now. Adding Ren Knights in the game would make the First Order stronger. I think that Force Stun is better than Outrage as Kylo Ren does this in The Force Awakens but doesn't do it in the game. I changed Force Stun to stun the target for 2 turns and Lash Out to attack again once Kylo crits more than one. Do you think "cannot gain health" on Ragged Cut should be replaced by another effect? I kinda want Kylo Ren to be like Palpatine, but Snoke will probably be more like Palpatine once the character comes out.- So many people are sitting on old Ren I think it more then likely that we'll just get a new Wren toon for Episode 8. He'll have cracks in his armor and helmet, count as Sith as well as FO, and be completely different.
- I like the addition of force stun, however I'm not sure foresight is applicable to kylo. Just because he really isn't the foreseeing type. Lash out has a nice touch but I've always like his retribution and I think that should still play a part in his kit. I don't really think he is a leader yet, just because of his current role, is also say replace the leader with an ability called,
Probe the mind: at the beginning of the round kylo ren selects a target. That target has speed down, health down, defense down, and offense down for the rest of the match.
I felt that the force awakens focused on kylo's ability to really affect the minds of his victims and gain intel on them.
Otherwise good ideas here - I would love a Kylo Rework as his is completely useless and does practically no damage
