same here....All suddenly frozen after your ship is taken over.....The only way is to kill the game and reopen. It seems happening when your Leviathan is low level (not 7*), and be taken over by enemy Leviathan 7*. so people just ignore it and try to get their ship to 7* and problem is solved.
