Mandalorian S2:E6 Chat (SPOILERS)

Every article I've found calls Boba a foundling like his father based on birthright. This could be people jumping to conclusions, but I don't believe they would have included the chain code scene unless they were meaning to confirm that both the Fetts are Mandalorians.

Jango, for sure, is one

He said he has no creed, indeed. But Mando says that Jango's armor belongs to him, so that means Child of Mandalorian has a right to be Mandalorian (Like in OR Era. And that group follows Old Ways).
P.S. And right with this episode Deathwatch, Crusaders, Foundlings - all became Mandalorians =D

How come Moff Gideon didnt blow up Boba’s ship it flew right next to him?

Boba is waiting for the other Jedi to show up and working for Moff

The episode was pretty predictable after the first 5min, but the action scenes were decent. The best part for me was Boba being honourable, I was really hoping they'd go that route. Even made up for the rather cheesy dark troopers -- had higher hopes for their first appearance after the ominous last scene of ep4.

Slave1 flying in gave me shivers, I gotta admit :)

Anyone else think that the capture of the child was too quick and easy? Also, if, as in Ep5 and 6, Force ghosts appear almost instantly when Luke needed them, why didn't Yoda, Anakin or even Obi appear in the ancient Jedi temple when the child was on the seeing stone? Surely a force ghost would have instantly 'felt' his presence and appeared - or was that blue streaming, all the dead Jedi and there to protect him? Pretty useless if they were as could have hung around until the Death Troopers got there!

Final thought, could have extended the capture scene with Death troopers coming down with the blue stream still protecting the child and then having to call in Moff Gideon to come and use the Dark Saber to cut through the blue stream - just in time for Mando to come and fight him, while the Death Troopers flew off with the child...might have added a bit more of clinch to the episode - then finish with Boba Fett vowing to return the child.

A good episode and one I watched again straight away (still going to maintain than its now Boba Fatt :smile: ).

So, the legendary will be a LS Boba? that would be awesome, or even better, USE THE FREAKIN NEUTRAL TAG. And finally, after so many yeras the character got justice

maybe he just said that to calm Mando down .... but as it seems his armor is made out of Beskar and not durasteele.

But the genealogy hologram in his suit is proof of Jango being a foundling.
