I was skeptical because of the wording, but I incorrectly assumed it wouldn’t be 20%. It’s just terrible.

Chewie has the same statement, and his isn’t 100% heath. I’m not sure why you would assume that. There are very few abilities that are 100% offense. Everything has a modifier.
