Mods shipments store

Hi. Few days before I've unlock 5* mods in mods store and I have a question.

I want to hunt best speed mods as secondary stat. I will buy them only for credits of course - not tokens.

When I want to have good mods with secondary speed above 10 points what value it should be at lvl1 in mod ?. I saw 4 or 5 value max never more.

I know that the gold one is best but what about basic value of speed ?. Should I hunt for basic 10 speed ? Is it possible ?

    The main prob is, that you never know wether the speed secondary will go up in leveling the mod or not, is always a matter of luck

    Not true.
    on a blue you a have a 2 chances, each with 50% chance that it will roll Speed again, but its not guaranteed that it will roll speed again - if you're lucky it will roll speed one time, if you're really lucky it will roll speed both times.

    The only ones that guarantee speed are the green ones which already have speed on them, but that will only put you at 10 or 11 max speed on that mod.
