My account has been blocked. How can I regain access?

Account access is blocked, no violation history. Support sends me to LucifersDaddy, but I can't contact him. What should I do? I don't want to lose 10 years of gaming.

Hi 7ul179ok3vtl,

I'm sorry, we won't know through the EA Forums why your account might be banned. And I'm sorry the support team recommended going through LucifersDaddy. The appeal process for SWGOH used to be to connect with LucifersDaddy, but that's changed since.

The way to appeal a ban or suspension now for SWGOH is to send in a ban appeal by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/BdaiA13JqiaZGDPbA

That's impossible. Your account has benefited from cheats and using those cheats can't be rolled back. You have to interact with other people's accounts (PvP and whatnot). So, it's simply impossible for them to give you that account back, there'd be anarchy.
I don't understand why you didn't just accept it and move on. You clearly cheated, they clearly knew it, but you pushed on and gave your ally code and you got found out here too...........I'm not sure what you thought you'd achieve coming here.
If it is a 10 year old account...........what were you thinking?! Such a waste and a shame.

You haven't learned anything. You came in here and blatantly lied. You're just upset you got caught. Enjoy starting over or play another game.
