For sure my response was clouded by my own experiences. In my long time guild some our long time members aren’t interested in new content. When that happens their playstyle doesn’t fit with the other 45 anymore and it’s no longer the best place for them to continue playing at their pace (we can stay tight on discord). This is no different from someone in a long time guild stepping up their game and needing to go to a more serious guild to meet that expectation.
Or maybe a broke **bleep** raid shouldn't be rolled out. You might want to wipe CGs **bleep** from your lips before you post here
