They used the word “running” before the word “concurrently” running concurrently does in fact mean running at the same time. The only confusion is that it wasn’t originally stated you couldn’t participate in both.

Everyone is only reading one word it says “running concurrently “ which is true but everyone wants to read it as “participate concurrently “

That is the sorce of confusion. They are saying they are both running when what they mean is you pick one to run, and the other does not run during the same time frame.

Actually what they said was right, they are both running concurrently, meaning they will both be ran at the same concurrent time on their server. What they left out was that people have to choose which to participate in. It's the same as saying there is a concert running in an arena but at the same time there is a movie across town running at the same time and it's up to you to decide which to take part in. Basically can't be in 2 places at once

We pick one. It runs. We cannot run the other. They are not running concurrently in my guild.

The events will run concurrently on their server , which ever one you choose to participate in does not stop the other one running on the server, they will still be running concurrently

This is a dumb debate. The need to choose was one of if not the biggest pieces of information and they left it out. We shouldn't have to guess these things.

My soul is crushed!!! I've been playing this game EVERY SINGLE DAY since 2016!!! I have 3 accounts as I play with different teams and different focus and different factions. I spend money on the game (with all 3 accounts).

There has to be a balance. Make different tiers of the Geo TB based on GP, but PLEASE...for the love of GOD...PLEASE consider the lower GP guilds out there. We love this game just as much as the **** whales...we just don't have the time or money to they do.

LMAO...I didn't say 80 million was a super-guild. OMG...Stop trolling and pay attention to what's going on around you. CG laid out that guilds at 80 Million GP could join but they wouldn't do very well...meaning the higher GP of the guild the better you'd do in the Geo TB....thus....pushing players into bigger and bigger guilds.

CG said guilds at 80 million GP would be able to "obtain a couple of stars" and it would be "very, very challenging." AGAIN….if you weren't trolling you'd be able to employee critical thinking skills to understand what that means --- everyone needs to join bigger and bigger guilds in order to experience and enjoy the rewards of the new Geo TB. Period.

BTW they will decrease the limitation if needed

Eh, 80m is a pretty low bar, and IF they handle reward differentials decently, it should be fine...but considering the track record there, one can't help but be concerned. Also, I think the way it was handled was pretty tone-deaf, as usual.

You aren't being forced to do anything.

You have choices to make on a bunch of factors. But even if your guild is structured with carries and loads, 80 mil is not a terribly high bar.

I know right! I was wondering if I missed something but I don't think I did. Looks to me like they will be active at the same time, similar to how a guild can have two raids active at the same time.

They will run simultaneously but the guild's officers will choose which one your guild will participate in. You can't do both Geo TB and Hoth TB at the same time.

They posted on another thread that you have to choose which one.

I agree. That is a HUGE thing to leave out. We shouldn’t have to guess what the meaning of it is and try to read between the lines. That is important info. It should be provided to us.
