New unit ideas for journey guide idea (not from EA team) I made it up.

Proposed Units: Phee Genoa, Imperial Crosshair, Echo (Rex Squad), and Cid

Unit Concepts and Synergy Overview

This post presents four character kits designed for potential future addition to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Each character supports a different niche: Scoundrels, Empire, Bad Batch variants, and modern Clone Troopers. All kits follow CG formatting standards.

PHEE GENOA

Light Side, Scoundrel, Support

Phee Genoa is an adventurous archaeologist who assists Scoundrel and Bad Batch allies with disruptive technology, survivability, and tactical cleansing.

Basic: Electro-Staff Strike

Deal Physical damage to target enemy.
Inflict Daze for 1 turn if the target is Dark Side.
If Omega is an ally, Phee gains Foresight for 1 turn.

Special 1: Treasure Hunter’s Breakthrough (Cooldown 3)

All allies recover 30% Health and Protection.
Scoundrel allies gain Critical Chance Up and Critical Damage Up for 2 turns.
Omega gains 20% Turn Meter.

Special 2: Ancient Tech Jammer (Cooldown 4)

Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Buff Immunity, Healing Immunity, and Ability Block for 2 turns.
If the target is Relic 5+, these effects cannot be dispelled.

Unique 1: Independent Explorer

When a Scoundrel ally uses a Special ability, they gain Protection Up (20%) and Phee gains 10% Turn Meter.
Whenever an enemy gains a buff, Phee has a 30% chance to dispel it.

Unique 2: Omega’s Ally

If Omega is present, she gains +25% Offense and +25% Defense.
The first time Omega falls below 50% Health, she gains Damage Immunity for 1 turn.

 

IMPERIAL CROSSHAIR

Dark Side, Empire, Bad Batch, Attacker

Crosshair has fully embraced the Empire, using precision firing and suppression tactics to eliminate key threats.

Basic: Controlled Shot

Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Target Lock for 2 turns.
If Crosshair has Stealth, deal 30% more damage.

Special 1: Ordered to Fire (Cooldown 2)

Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Marked for 2 turns.
If the target is Target Locked, this attack cannot be evaded or resisted.

Special 2: Imperial Sharpshooter’s Nest (Cooldown 3)

Crosshair gains Stealth and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.
Dispel all buffs from target enemy.
Bad Batch or Empire allies gain 20% Turn Meter.

Unique 1: Cold Precision

Crosshair has +30% Accuracy and +30% Critical Damage.
If Hunter or Rampart is an ally, he gains +15% Offense.

Unique 2: Unquestioning Loyalty

Whenever an Empire ally begins their turn, Crosshair gains 5% Turn Meter.
If an Empire ally is defeated, Crosshair gains Offense Up for the rest of the encounter.

 

ECHO (Rex Squad Variant)

Light Side, Clone Trooper, Support

Echo provides tactical uplink support for Rex’s commando elements, focusing on cleansing, debuff control, and Clone synergy.

Basic: Coordinated Shot

Deal Physical damage and inflict Defense Down for 2 turns.
If the target already has Defense Down, Expose them.

Special 1: Data Uplink (Cooldown 3)

All Clone Trooper allies gain Tenacity Up and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.
Echo cleanses all Clone Trooper allies and copies their debuffs to himself, then clears them.
Echo gains 20% Turn Meter.

Special 2: Tactical Override (Cooldown 4)

Dispel all buffs from all enemies.
Inflict Ability Block on the primary target for 1 turn (cannot be resisted by Separatists).
Clone Troopers gain 15% Turn Meter.

Unique 1: Rishi Survivor

Echo gains +25% Defense and +25% Max Health.
Whenever a Clone Trooper ally is critically hit, Echo gains Protection Up (20%) for 2 turns.

Unique 2: Reconnected to Rex

If Captain Rex is an ally, both gain +20% Speed and +15% Offense.
All Clone Troopers gain 10% Turn Meter at the start of battle if both are present.

 

CID

Neutral, Scoundrel, Support
(Conquest Unlock)

Cid strengthens Scoundrel coordination and manipulates enemy debuffs for her own advantage.

Basic: Barroom Shot

Deal Physical damage.
Attack again if the target is debuffed.

Special 1: It’s Just Business (Cooldown 3)

All Scoundrel allies gain Potency Up and Defense Penetration Up for 2 turns.
Dispel one random buff from all enemies.
If enemies have 5+ total debuffs, Cid gains 100% Turn Meter.

Special 2: Back-Alley Deal (Cooldown 4)

Target Scoundrel ally gains Stealth, Offense Up, and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.
If that ally defeats an enemy within 2 turns, they recover 30% Health and Protection.

Unique 1: Contacts and Favors

Whenever an enemy receives a debuff, Scoundrels gain 2% Turn Meter (doubled if the enemy is a Tank).
When a Scoundrel ally gains Turn Meter outside their turn, they gain 10% Offense for 1 turn.

Unique 2: Hidden Profits

Cid gains +20% Potency and +20% Max Protection.
The first time each Scoundrel ally is defeated, they revive with 30% Health.

 

SYNERGY OVERVIEW

Phee Genoa

Ideal Allies:
• Omega
• Scoundrels (Lando, Qi’ra, Young Han, Vandor Chewie)
• Bad Batch (Hunter, Echo, Tech)

Why It Works:
Phee provides Protection Up, cleansing, and mass healing, allowing fragile Scoundrels or Omega-focused squads to stay alive longer. Her anti-buff tech disrupts enemy relic-heavy squads, and Omega-specific boosts give a notable offensive edge.

 

Imperial Crosshair

Ideal Allies:
• Empire (Rampart, Stormtrooper Commander variants, Iden Versio)
• Bad Batch (Omega, Hunter variants)
• Imperial Troopers

Why It Works:
Crosshair provides stealth uptime, anti-evasion tools, and removal of key enemy buffs. His Target Lock/Marked combo allows rapid focus-fire, similar to Imperial Trooper burst damage, while also enabling Empire control strategies.

 

Echo (Rex Squad Variant)

Ideal Allies:
• Captain Rex
• Clone Troopers (Fives, ARF Trooper, Echo/Tech variants)
• Phoenix (Secondary synergy through shared anti-Separatist effects)

Why It Works:
This version of Echo removes debuffs, speeds up Clone turns, and provides anti-Separatist control. His bond with Captain Rex substantially improves Clone attack tempo and survivability, enhancing both PvE and GAC performance.

 

Cid

Ideal Allies:
• Scoundrels (Qi’ra lead, Young Lando, Young Han, Vandor Chewie)
• Bounty Hunters
• Phee Genoa

Why It Works:
Cid accelerates Scoundrel turn meter, spreads offensive buffs, and provides clutch revives. She supports a wide range of Scoundrel compositions, especially those needing TM gain and multi-hit attacks.

REQUIREMENTS (Minimum to Attempt Tier 1 – Recommended for Completion)

You will need the following characters at the required rarities:

  • Phee Genoa — 5★
    • Imperial Crosshair — 5★
    • Omega — 6★
    • Fennec Shand — 6★
    • Hunter — 6★
    • Echo (Rex Squad Variant) — 5★
    • Cid — 5★

Final Tier requires:
All above characters at 7★

 

CHARACTER UNLOCKED: DR. HEMLOCK

Dark Side, Empire, Scientist, Support

Dr. Hemlock is a high-control Empire support who specializes in suppressing enemy abilities, weakening the healthiest units, and empowering mutated clones. He can summon Project Necromancer, but doing so costs his own Health.

 

BASIC: Sedative Injector

Deal Special damage to target enemy and inflict Poison for 2 turns.
If the target is debuffed, inflict Ability Block for 1 turn (cannot be resisted by Clone Troopers).

 

SPECIAL 1: Chemical Restraint (Cooldown 3)

Inflict Stun and Healing Immunity on target enemy for 1 turn.
If the target is Light Side, also inflict Buff Immunity for 2 turns.
Empire allies recover 20% Health.

 

SPECIAL 2: Activate Specimen (Cooldown 4)

Hemlock loses 30% of his Max Health (cannot defeat him).
Summon Project Necromancer if no summon exists.
If a summon already exists, it gains Offense Up and Speed Up for 2 turns.

 

UNIQUE 1: Director of Tantiss

Hemlock gains +30% Potency and +30% Max Health.
Whenever an enemy is inflicted with a new debuff, Hemlock gains 5% Turn Meter.
Whenever a Clone Trooper enemy takes damage, they lose 10% Turn Meter.

 

UNIQUE 2: Unethical Innovation

When Hemlock falls below 50% Health, he gains Damage Reduction (50%) for 2 turns.
Project Necromancer gains +25% Offense for each debuffed enemy.
If Hemlock is defeated, Project Necromancer becomes enraged and gains 100% Turn Meter.

 

SUMMON: PROJECT NECROMANCER

Dark Side, Empire, Mutant, Summon

A volatile, unstable super-soldier prototype created in Hemlock’s early necromantic experimentation.

Basic: Mutated Strike

Deal Physical damage. If the target has 3 or more debuffs, attack twice.

Special: Unstable Fury (Cooldown 3)

Gain Defense Penetration Up, Offense Up, and Frenzy for 2 turns.
Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Speed Down for 2 turns.

Passive: Prototype Instability

At the end of each of its turns, Necromancer loses 5% Health.
If Hemlock is alive, Necromancer gains 10% Turn Meter for each debuff on enemies.

 

JOURNEY EVENT TIERS

 

TIER I

Location: Ord Mantell Outskirts
Required Units: Phee Genoa, Cid
Recommended Gear: G8

Summary

Phee and Cid track down rumors of Imperial activity. They encounter ambush squads sent to silence anyone investigating Project Necromancer.

Cutscene Dialogue

Phee: “These Imperials aren’t subtle. If they were hiding something, they just told us exactly where.”
Cid: “This is bad for business. But fine—let’s see what we’re dealing with.”

Battle

  • Fight waves of Imperial Scouts and Stormtroopers.
    • Final Enemy: Elite Stormtrooper Sergeant (Tank)

Reward

  • 10 Hemlock Shards
    • Credits

 

TIER II

Location: Ryloth Underpass
Required Units: Phee, Omega, Echo (Rex Squad)
Recommended Gear: G9

Summary

Omega tries to decode data chips stolen from the Empire, guarded by Echo and Phee.

Cutscene Dialogue

Omega: “They’re moving clones off-world… but these files are scrambled.”
Echo: “Whatever they’re hiding, it’s something they don’t want Clone Force 99 finding.”

Battle

Fight Imperial Commandos and Probe Droids defending a signal station.

Reward

  • 15 Hemlock Shards
    • Ability Mats

 

TIER III

Location: Kaminoan Ruins
Required Units: Hunter, Omega, Echo, Phee
Recommended Gear: G10

Summary

Bad Batch investigates a ruined test site. Imperial Crosshair watches from above, before revealing himself.

Cutscene Dialogue

Hunter: “Tracks. High vantage. He’s here.”
Crosshair: “You should have stayed away.”

Battle

Fight Imperial Crosshair + Snipers.
Crosshair enters Stealth every other turn.

Reward

  • 15 Hemlock Shards
    • Credits + Gear

 

TIER IV

Location: Imperial Frigate “Vigilance”
Required Units: Fennec Shand, Cid
Recommended Gear: G10

Summary

Fennec traces black market shipments leading directly to Hemlock’s division.

Cutscene Dialogue

Fennec: “Whatever he’s building, it’s worse than cloning.”
Cid: “And worth a fortune… if it doesn’t kill us first.”

Battle

Fight Imperial Security Droids and Elite Commandos.

Reward

  • 20 Hemlock Shards
    • Omega Mats

 

TIER V

Location: Mount Tantiss Exterior
Required Units: Phee, Hunter, Echo, Omega, Imperial Crosshair
Recommended Gear: G11

Summary

The team infiltrates Tantiss. Crosshair confronts Hemlock’s guards to assist the infiltration.

Cutscene Dialogue

Crosshair: “Hemlock won’t escape again.”
Hunter: “We finish this together.”

Battle

Imperial Snipers, Commandos, and Prototype Mutated Clones.

Reward

  • 20 Hemlock Shards
    • Ability Materials (Zetas)

 

TIER VI

Location: Mount Tantiss, Lower Labs
Required Units: All required characters
Recommended Gear: G12

Summary

You encounter Hemlock for the first time and face his early mutant prototypes. He escapes deeper into the labs.

Cutscene Dialogue

Hemlock: “Your resistance only delays the inevitable. My work is the future of the Empire.”

Battle

Fight Mutated Clones + Shocktroopers. Hemlock appears as a non-attackable support.

Reward

  • 25 Hemlock Shards
    • Gear

 

FINAL TIER VII – HEROIC

Location: Project Necromancer Chamber
Required Units: All characters at 7★
Recommended Gear: Relic 3+

Summary

Face Dr. Hemlock directly. Mid-battle, he activates Project Necromancer, a powerful mutated asset. Defeat Hemlock to win the event.

Cutscene Dialogue

Hemlock: “At last, the culmination of my research. Behold—Project Necromancer.”
Hunter: “He’s crossed every line possible.”
Omega: “And we’re ending it.”

Battle

  • Phase 1: Fight Hemlock + Imperial Commandos
    • Phase 2: Hemlock summons Project Necromancer (full kit)
    • Phase 3: Defeat enraged Necromancer after Hemlock falls

Final Reward

  • Dr. Hemlock (7★ unlock)
    • Title: “Director of Tantiss”
    • Portrait: Hemlock – Chemical Vial
    • Unique Tier Rewards: Relic Mats
