New Update Quests

I am curious about the new Lightspeed token quests coming out soon. I am already level 85, and I still have some pending journey quests. I returned to my account after having played it when I was young and not knowing how to properly play this type of game. I have returned and become level 85, yet my roster lacks power. I don't have any fully upgraded or relic characters, such as the ones coming out for the quests. Since I am level 85, will I be able to participate in these quests to obtain the relic characters?

    I believe you are asking about the new update posted on the update section. For this I can answer as, yes you will be able to get the Lightspeed Tokens if you complete the quests, but they do not provide relic upgrades as mentioned in CG_Meathead​‘s post. Otherwise if you are asking about relics in general or are asking about Lightspeed tokens outside of the quests, then, yes you can obtain them. Some are purchasable as well, either via the episode pass or the episode pass+ and unlocking them when you collect enough Episode points. I do believe they are occasionally purchasable in the store as well.
