No Ultimate Tier on Leia Journey

Question

I have a very strange issue.  I’m about to finish up the Leia requirements and noticed that there is no ultimate journey tier in her journey.  There is one for all of the other GLs.  Not sure what is happening here, any ideas?

Ultimate ability materials are earned from the last two tiers.
