Its worth keeping an eye on the announcements.- Did the sub 1,250,000 GP players see two nodes in the zones where they could only fill one squad? If so, then I will shut up.
This is a visual mistake that needs to be addressed. How active a player is on the boards should not impact how intuitive the game is to play. This is poor UI design, period. Fix it, CG. - Look I have already complained about the match making. My GP is big because I was super efficient at farming and prioritized getting everyone above 6000 GP so that I could use them in in Galactic War. I have tons of characters just short of gear 12 (Raid gear bottle neck) and I realy do not enjoy being matched against players who can field half the defensive crews at gear 13.... I have 6 gear 13 characters....been playing 1 year.
How in the world am I not only getting put up against a higher average level/gear level of used defensive characters..... but he the front two areas he has 6 teams....I was only allowed to place 4! 12 teams on 8? WHAT IN THE WORLD? FIX THIS! Sure I know I get to use all my characters to attack. Not even a funny joke if those characters can't get past the protection of the much higher level defensive teams....and now your giving the other side MORE defensive teams also? Give us unlimited defensive teams and cap the number of attackers! Then I'll win every time because the other side will run out of viable attackers long before I do. This is just as fair to me as the current set up. You can't call the GP matchmaking fair when a few top teir teams are allowed to bottleneck out everything. GP does not then matter...only having the top tier gear and level does.
So give us a match with unlimited defenders and one area to defend....and you can keep using GP for match making. Your play testing should confirm this....players that have limited time to get raid gear will get slaughtered by those who have more....even if GP is the same....we just have more low level teams. WRONG! It says 2/2 in the corner! I do know how to play territory wars. This is why I am so mad! I am the guy in my clan who routinely scores the highest in territory wars because I fill in every spot. I am not clear if this is a glitch or some sort of difference in GP calculation.... but apparently you can somehow be matched against some one who is allowed to set more defense. It is ironic because I routinely set 30 or so teams in territory wars.- Grrr... it actually says 1/3 in the corner....cant see top because it was wiped out...only 1 team left on bottom with the second killed off. Now that I think about it I did set 3 teams in each area because I remeber who all I used....it is just showing 2 for some reason. Sorry....must be visual glitch....unless it dropped the team. On table top it only shows two teams per spot for both me and him, but when I look at his area directly he has 3 teams. In the one area I can see for my defense it is only showing two teams.
- The players I used are in fact missing and I can't attack with them.... so this is more likely some sort of glitch and not an intended match making choice.
- No, the number of squads to set is correct. Those you can't use must have been set on defence.
The visual of the table is "wrong". Happened in the last GA for the 4.2m+ bracket in 5v5 battles, they had extra teams they could field and didn't realise. It's happening to more people this time round as the number of required squads are higher than 8 for most brackets. Comment from Carrie on reddit seemed to suggest it got more cluttered with more teams and they went for style over function unfortunately. Best to check that number in the top corner when setting defences rather than the table display for now. - I wonder if any of the people who made the mistake of setting up only 2 defense teams won against the one who set up 3/3

There are 2 places where 2/3 indicated, the "set defence" button is still active, but the most trusted thing is a visual part with 2 circles... Have the feeling that some people does not even look at the screen... - The matchup is unfair for looking total gp other than characters gp in the battles without fleet battle. The players with higher fleet gp may have more 200k gp disadvantages.
