That shouldn't matter, because shield generators make a spherical shape so it should go around the entire planet, negating the need for a weird space station thing for the shield generator

Now if you run this capital ship with ships that inflict debuffs reliably on their basic, well you would probbaly end up with his Ruthless Efficency being spammed every turn. OP much.
