Omega Drops on Cantina 8-D (Brood Alpha)
Talking with my Guildmates I have come to the belief that the Omega rewards are not dropping. I have done over 600 battles on Cantina 8-D and have received a total of ..... 0...... yes 0 omegas. The same is happening with all my Guildmates. I know the drop rate is low for the Omegas but this is ridiculous. 5 to 10 % would be an acceptable rate. I contacted the EA helpdesk and put in a ticket due to the lack of Omegas.And the response I get is how much they dont have a clue.
I sent this:
I have been farming brood alpha since it was released and have attempted over 600 time to collect his shards from catina 8-D. While the drop rate is horrible for the brood alpha..... I have not received a single omega drop. This is unacceptable that I haven't gotten multiple omegas by now. I would like the omegas I should have received given to me. There might be a bug in the drop rate because no one in my guild has received any omegas from cantina 8-D since Brood alpha has moved there

Priya I completely understand that you want the issue to be solved up right at the moment but it of no use sharing you the troubleshooting which will actually not deal with the issue

Priya You can only report this as a bug report to our forum of SWGOH as by that the team will get to know about this and will post a workaround for this.
Priya And yes for you I will personally post the report to my team so that they can successfully find a way out of it.
