Since cannon doesn't matter (pirates), they should at least add Spectre as a possible raid group. GLAT is not worth the investment otherwise
They only want one GL for a raid. And they decided to latch the pirate one onto this raid…for rea$on$. That’s why they blocked LV and what Spectre would not be under consideration.
