Lets set this up with a base number of players.
Say 10,000 people play bit only 1% actually pay for a character at $400 each, but 20% of players would pay $100. What gets them more money.
The extras are always a better deal in things like this vs buying them on their own.
Yes, if your numbers were real this would be true, but they are an exaggerated. IMO
I'm sure they are finding the balance they want in the exclusivity vs price, and making the most $. They know a certain % will buy to 7* no matter. After that they just want to sell packs, this current offer will sell a lot of packs twice, and I'm sure that is something they are working out to balance. By no means are they trying to sell a lot cheap, they want to keep people feeling "special"
