The only thing i can think of for not having more protection is that they are only level 75 each? Help what can i do to get more health and blue bars for these two and others

Gear 7? That's not much Protection, most of it comes in at higher levels. I think 1000-1500 or so is only 2 pips (got some HP mods that ended up with some great Protection mods for Sith Trooper)

Please look at my Wiggs. Why so little protection?

They're gear 7, that's why.

It's the gear level. Gear 7 only gives you some protection, need gear 9 or better to have a lot and gear 11 to have a ton generally speaking. The level of the character won't affect protection, only health - star level factors in more here.

Gear 7 is minimal protection. More gear gives more protection. Notice that your Qui-Gon has more protection, and he is at gear 8. Move Wiggs on up to g8, you will see.

Every time you promote their gear level from level 7 and above they gain protection. You should expect to have 2 or 3 bars only at tier 7. You will see it go up every time you increase their gear level.
