I think you are talking about guilds right?

your title and argument is to improve guilds but your third paragraph is a long list of other complaints you want them to focus on.  CG only has a single laptop among them all.  What is it you want fixed most?  Yes, guilds could use a refresh, it has been years since many memorable improvements have been made to them. But if I had to pick between the bugs or a QOS, I hope the one CG with the laptop is working on a bug.

Fixed Alliance - Guild, also separate by rant. My point stands, any new player may love the concept of resource management and Star Wars but immediately see the wonky dated bones of this game and get turned off before even investing time and energy into this game.

I would appreciate better notifications about say please do the raid or Set TW defense. By the time players get into the game the message in general chat has scrolled up and isn’t seen by most players. Also on a personal level if there could possibly be a mod cap increase that is greatly needed for us loyal players who have been here since the beginning and eventually will be needed for the Noobs who seem to be more important ATM it would be much appreciated.

Using Discord would solve your notification problem. Clearing out the useless mods on a weekly basis will solve the other problem. If you don't stay on top of it, it won't matter what the cap is, you'll always hit it.

I would like to see it be more previous content friendly.  It gets boring running the same raids/territory battle every time. It would be fun if the difficulty could scale for whatever instance you want to run and have the rewards match the difficulty. It just keeps feeling like a grind to max out heros for the new raid only to have another new raid show up right after you finally get a decent score in the raid your guild has been working on. I miss the days of Pit, AAT, and Sith Tri.
