prestige tokens and capital ships question
How many prestige tokens does it require to fully max all abilities for a capital ship? Trying to decide how many to bank. Thanks!

Are there ability level limits based on Stars?
For some reason I was thinking it was just Level.
So you could have a 3* Ship that has all 8 levels as long as its up at L85.
Or am I mis-remembering that.
Just pointing out that the whole "takes a long time to star them" argument doesn't really make sense since I think its just leveling them that matters.
But maybe I'm mistaken.
