Problems with purchases of the new packs

Hello everyone,

I have not been able to contact someone in support for this issue, I use this forum to find some help in purchasing the new packages to get Rey and bb-8.

I purchased two packages today, one the purchase was made, the other (BB-8) the money was debited but the purchase was not made, I attach an image of today's transaction

    You restarted and checked, those units?
    The purchase just modifies the units.

    They tell me that the purchase was effective and the system shows that I have the content of the pack, but in the game there does not appear to be any content, does anyone know what I can do? How can I restart or restore the process?

    Ok, I bought three packages:

    - BB-8
    - Radus
    - Resistance

    I received only two of the three Bundles:



    But I didn't receive the BB-8 bundle:


    My wallet and proof of payments through Google Play:

    I have done it and it's still the same, the support people tell me that I actually have the pack, but I still have the pack for purchase and I still don't have the characters from the BB-8 bundle in R5. You can see it with my ally code: 866-898-846

    I contacted Google Play and the credit card providers, they told me that the purchase was indeed made.
