Raid damaged inbalance encourages to wait till gammorean stage is over

We are on tier 5 and most are underpowered and consistently low on pigs.. Are we doing it wrong or is there a turning point where they just get easier?

yes, but this is not Call of Duty or Battlefield where you can unlock a viable weapon with attachments in a hour or two of gaming. You are very limited in who you can unlock and level up - so its probably unlikely that you have all the "right toons" - Because the leveling is so extensive and the resources imbalanced, we had to make choices at level 50. if you are in the 70s now, you have to live with with 10-15 toons you have chosen to level up (based on access or choices you made then). The OP is suggesting that since 75% of everyone's roster is the same (Lumi, QGJ, GS, etc) why not make the ability to get damage in the raids balanced for each stage so people hitting 2 and 3 don't out perform people at 1 and 4 with the same characters.


I mean Akbar would be good for stage 1, but I don't have him and to get him to 6* for my guild's raids, I would need 24 days in the Arena...PLUS, all the purple gear. Who is the say that they won't replace the Rancor with something else by then

I'm with the others here that I (and several of my guild mates) can actually rack up more damage in phase 1 than we can in the other phases.
It all depends on each person's bench. This actually works for us because a few of us can rack up points in phase 1 and only put in minimal in phase 3-4 where others put minimum in p1 and rack up points in following phases.

What's the "right" squad? What's the unlock code to get them?

Sounds like the issue is more of an "in house" problem for your guild. If you have people that won't use their attacks on the pigs, then the guild leader needs to call out those that habitually show '0' damage on stage 1.

I agree with th OP. It is significantly ezier against Rancor
