Raid damaged inbalance encourages to wait till gammorean stage is over

I solo'd the pigs with clones and Lumi.

If you have TM reducers, someone to apply slow and a cleanser to remove the death mark you can put up huge numbers in phase 1. You can go until they become enraged, whereas the rancor will have devoured some of your team. Don't even get me started on phase 4, which is the worst one for damage IMHO.

Sounds like the issue is more of an "in house" problem for your guild. If you have people that won't use their attacks on the pigs, then the guild leader needs to call out those that habitually show '0' damage on stage 1.

The game currently has very poor system for coordination and reports. The chat system is the absolute minimum and forces players to create outside systems. There's no way to track anything other than physically looking at a certain period of time. It's difficult to set up a schedule raid and communicate that to the members; many people are in various time zones.

I can go until they enrage but the numbers are still not that huge (about 250-300k). I can put up bigger numbers on Rancor.

This may not be a correct post for T7 but the issue is still there. Everyone wants P1, but if you miss it you can still do semi decent damage P2. Oh you hit P3 well you are going to be towards the bottom.

Then someone comes on 30 minutes after the raid starts and all they can do is hit P4 for barely anything...

This couldn't be further from the truth. Having the right squad and the right skills will give you far more damage from the first phase.
Maybe you need to adjust your tactics.

Everyone starts with ewok elder and scout...chirpa/teebo super easy to farm...no reason you cannot have them all to 5* + at lvl 70 (except scout, super hard to farm). Ewoks tear up phase 1 maybe not the #1 dps but top 5 yes, and there everyone has had access to them from day 1.

The difference is that when you have slow and TM reduction it takes the pigs about 5x as long to hit enrage.

Good point. Who'd you use on a team like this? Phasma and RG have sticky slow. Ewoks seem to have the best overall TM.

Kill the guards the first and then focus on the Captain. You need high assist, high DPS toons to do this. Some TM reduction on the pigs; or TM enhancement on your crew is beneficial.
