Rancor Raid future for guilds getting ready to heroic Tank: it's a Pillage now not a Raid

Well, I'm sure this is thread 110 on the subject, but It needs to be addressed for the good of all those guilds that just don't want to set up side communication channels and coordinate everything.
We are all seeing it and if you haven't you will. Your guild can do the Tank in a few days now and a few players can help clear the rancor in under 24 hours. A month goes by and it 8 hours. Then all of a sudden it's under 2 hours. Lastly it's under an hour and the complaints on hogging shards and gear start and you have to set max scored just to keep it open 3 hours.

You need to do well to gear your toons for the Tank Raid , but you can't score what you need for top 10 since you now have a Teebo log jam and gear 10 plus droid and rebel teams in the wing.

We need a set reward raid tier for players with level 85 and a 7* Raid Han.

Hear me out, we can set a tier that auto enters all guild members with 1 point ( this also fixes the time zone issues).If you weren't in when it started "sorry Charlie". All members with level 85 and 7* Han will always receive 1200 Raid currency and the yellow prize box with a 1 in 5-10 chance at a reb box reward. The other rewards are based on points for all other members. So this way the 18th best member of the guild can finally work on his team to solo phase 1 and then bother to start building teams good enough for the Tank take down.
We are a team, but if this keeps up we are just going to see cycles of guilds losing their top players to build Tank Raid guilds. Also, I and other players shouldn't have to leave good guilds to be the 44th person in a more polished guilds Rancor raid while we clear the Tank raid.

It's time to address the reward payout discrepancies in a calm and sensible manor.

  • Enforce a 12-24 hour 0 damage period.

    Temporarily kick (permanently on repeated offense) any who break the rules.

    Also recommend that those with maxed Han Solos restrict themselves to below the top ten so as to allow others to 7* him more quickly. That's what my guild does and we have no issues.

    Yep. This right here is what we do to.
  • My guild has gone through some rough times and honestly come out stronger because of a few issues. One being the pit raid which we kill in 30 minutes on heroic. What we have been doing is the 24 hours of zero damage. That works but when people screw up it becomes a HR issue. I hate that. But... we have grown in strength because of it. I have kicked like 40 people now. I only regret one of them which I would take back if I could. (Sorry bro)

    The heroic tank is getting close for us now and I have our commitment to our guidelines to thank for that. I think sure ea could make pit rewards idiot proof but like I learned early in life you got to play the game for what it is. Now that we hold people to higher standards we get closer all the time to being able to complete the thing. One thing that we all know about this game- we have to be patient. As a guild leader I know that this applies to our success as a guild overall. Thanks to my team. <3
