Rancor raid

Is it me or is the heroic rancor raid suddenly hitting harder? Also the damage lag needs sorting the tiers finish but in my battle there's still damage to be done on the tier that's just finished! ...

Did you check, whether your toons were debuffed? In some phase(s) they will then take more damage.
