relic 5 to enter but a legacy tier for marquee at 5star?

Relic 5 to enter the event at all. But legacy tier at 5star? Did they forgot you can’t get past g11 until you have 7stars

You already can? Lv dv triple tank (I use shore storm and rg), do a cooldown reduction on cat, then hit auto. Similar to jmk which needs similar setup before hitting auto
