Soooo they are aware guilds are having trouble keeping people around. Their response is making TB incredibly difficult just to QUALIFY for missions. Yep, totally going to keep folks around now! ?
Everyone is aiming for General Skywalker / 501st, which requires a strong Padme GR team. The only thing guild members need to work on are Jedi which most guilds have a strong JKR ready
Its not that big of a deal in the requirements department. If your guild isn't focused on getting General Skywalker, then its a good reason for the top end players to quit and join another guild that does
