Revert to old shipments layout?

You do back CG up for almost all the decisions they make, even when they are BS.

The idea for this change was because they were going to make the first 6 spots aimed at the player specifically............well that never happened. So instead of grabbing money by enticing, they're grabbing money from mistakes being made. We're accountable for our mistakes yes, but CG are accountable for making that possible.

We had Crumb saying that all these mistakes would be refunded and posts here saying that wasn't happening as the support for the game is absolute total **** and not on the same wave or caring about being on the same wave as CG.


I'm not sure how it happened, but I made the mistake last week. I purchased gems just before the Executor event (for the Exectutor event). Somehow I didn't scroll down far enough in 'shipments' and purchased the entire 2nd row (the 3 gems salvage purchases).

This wiped most of the gems that I'd purchased with money. So I took a screenshot and approached the support. The support literally said the above didn't happen, even with a screenshot proof.

So yes............I'm not sure how it happened but it was my mistake for not concentrating properly on something that I've never needed to concentrate on for 5 years. However, like the previous 3 times I've tried to use the support they're totally inept. I'm so angry about it, that I will force myself not to make any monetary purchases for the next year out of spite. It's a huge hit on my morale.

Anyway where am I going with this...........BS move by CG and the support for this game is beyond useless.

That first tab in shipments, the one with the credits icon, thats where ild expect to use credits, the 2nd tab with the crystals icon, perhaps thats where to spend crystals.

CG, how about you stop trying to mislead the public and sort this nonsense out

In all fairness, the comment you replied to was in response to OP, rather than the change itself. I mistakenly bought some items too when the change was just made, and had to go through some ordeal to get some refund, so I'm totally not for the change. But, it's been a few weeks, people really should have adjusted by now.

That's totally different because the act of scrolling to the bottom is not the same as taking no action (i.e. scrolling) at all. For example, I have to make 3 stops in the morning to drop off my kids before I head to work. After my 2nd stop, the path to my 3rd stop is similar to the path I would take to work. If my mind starts wandering and thinking of work-related tasks ahead, I will sometimes miss the turn for her school. My office is still a ways past this missed turn, however, so I have never actually gone all the way to work with that kiddo in the car.

I liken this to the old scroll for days shipments layout. The reason none (or at most very few) of us scrolled all the way to the bottom and then bought the wrong thing is that the act of scrolling for several seconds gave us time to realize what we were doing and required a level of focus that brought our attention back to the task at hand.

But none of that really matters. I think OP is saying it's on him this time. He just thinks it's dumb that CG made this change. I would think we could all agree to that.

Ahhh yes, you're right. We did have to scroll to the bottom.

However, your last argument is a bit strawman, isn't it? I've adapted my behaviour, but still made a mistake. Which means there's a problem.

Hands down it's my mistake. I'm guessing somehow I scrolled, went back to watching the tv and slightly scrolled back and that was enough to make the wrong purchases.

The problem is:

1. Having crystal purchases, then gold purchases and then crystal purchases again is really not a good layout. If they planned to change those first 6 purchases (as stated for the reason for changing it) they really should have done both changes at the same time.

2. I even knew to scroll and still made a mistake. So with this new layout mistakes happen. Make it as simple as possible, please.

3. Most importantly, I cannot trust the support in any way. Which is worrying for a game that involves real money purchases.
