Rework Updates and clarity on timing

Why do we need a "clarification"? The updates have always been Pacific Time, since that is where they are located. They also do them almost exclusively (as mentioned right above me here) between 3-5PM Pacific. While the *day* has changed, the time never really has.

Also, in this case, they told us two weeks ago which day it would be.

Back to my car theory... you buy a car you want clarification when you can pick it up right? We want the time so whats difficult about stating “this update is going to be released on xxx at xxx pacific time”? It’s just a little more professional don’t you think?

Well, it's a completely different thing, but no, it's not necessarily more professional. We know the day because they told us. We can guess the time based on previous behavior.

However, specific to your exact analogy, the last time I bought a car I didn't have an exact time to pick it up. I knew when it was being delivered to the dealer, but I'm not the only customer they have so they couldn't say "be here at 2:15PM." Instead, when they knew exactly when it would be ready, they called me and told me. Which, funnily enough, is what CG does with its in-game pop ups.

Regardless of the car stuff it’s not just content updates, its also the monthly calenders that are normally days late(gotten better recently) it’s just slack and it is un-professional. Whether you agree or disagree, the management time keeping is appalling. So something should be done about it so i agree with the poster of this post. You don’t have to agree with me but i personally feel like they could do better seen as we pay their wages.
