Royal Guard rework!

A new Unique for Royal Guard:

Loyal Servant (UNIQUE)

Royal Guard has +50% Counter Chance while he has Taunt and a 50% chance to remove 20% Turn Meter from each enemy when he is damaged. Emperor Palpatine gains Defense equal to 15% of Royal Guard's Max Health and can't be Critically Hit while Royal Guard is alive.

(ZETA): In addition, Royal Guard gains 10% Tenacity (stacking) when he is Critically Hit.

    Did you forget that Royal Guard already protects everyone?! There is also Stormtrooper and Shoretrooper, what you are suggesting is to make a okay character almost comparable to Palpatine

    He will be in no way comparable to Palpatine! He certainly does not protect everyone like Shore does and he certainly does not protect Palpatine like he should be and that's the issue here - Shore is not an elite but is a far better tank than RG who is elite!
