Satele's Unique omicron is not working

To quote Satele's unique omicton

>While in Grand Arenas: Whenever an Old Republic ally with less than 20% Health is damaged, they equalize their Health with the strongest enemy. If all allies were Old Republic at the start of battle, their revives can't be prevented. This effect persists through defeat.

So when I use a team all all OR.  Satele leader withy JKR, BS, Jolee, 50RT.  If people die. Jolee's revive doesn't work.  Plain and simple, her Unique is broken.   And I've lost 2 GAC's now because CG cannot make the kits work as described.
