- Or make Overpower remove all protection on a crit hit? That way it has use outside of a finishing blow
- I recently maxed Maul's gear. I gotta say, he is quite the damage dealer behind a Vader zeta lead. He is even viable in high end arena without his zeta. That said, He needs more speed, he needs more ways to gain TM faster in the beginning of a fight. Maybe that is where there can be some synergy with Savage. Make savage a tank and give him an auto taunt after anyone takes critical damage. then give Maul 20% TM every time Savage gets attacked.

They are brothers, I'm pretty sure they knew eachother before episode 1 ;)
Also in TCW series it is shown how Maul was taken from Dathomir first and after that Savage.
They even fought eachother I believe to become Sith.

If anything, I think they should rework his kit a bit:- While Basic damage isn't great, it's is fine IMO for an attacker with a mountain of health and for an attack that inflicts a debuff. Leave it as is.
- Overpower's damage can never be evaded, and does massive damage if the target's health is less that 25% plus Savage's potency. Does 10% more damage per buffed enemy. Gives crit change/damage up on finishing blow as usual.
- Change "Pain is Weakness" from a leader ability to a Taunt special ability. A random ally gains the TM he would get from his unique when he takes damage, instead of Savage gaining TM (which you don't want for a taunter).
- Keep his unique as is, except for the changes noted above when Taunting.
I'd put him back in my team as a tank under Emp P in a heartbeat with a kit like that.

That's a possibility for sure.- Does it really matter if this is episode 1 darth maul? I mean really?? They can give him synergy with savage. It's not like they are going to release multiple mauls. So, stop saying they can't do it, because they can and saying they can't is flat out wrong.

In 20 bby sidious killed him. So "Savage Oppress" was literally LESS than a 1 year old force user stuck in a 34 year old body.
This should have A LOT of bearing on how powerful his skill set should be.
If savage gets ANY kind of boost it should simply give maul tm (in some way)... since maul just used savage oppress as a tool anyway and exploited savages feelings for him as a brother, even though they WERE NOT BROTHERS in any sense other than the fact that were both zabrack. "Eyi;856696" wrote:

He's asking for direct Duo-Synergy with Maul and Savage. Rogue One characters don't have Duo-Synergy with original trilogy rebels, but they all gain generic rebel buffs. Savage gets all the generic Sith buffs from Maul's leadership. That's why.
I dont know if you understand that i was answering to the guy i quoted... the one saying they shouldnt have a synergy because one was in tpm and the other in cw...
I know, I was kind of agreeing with the guy you quoted. They don't really need a huge duo-synergy, Savage just needs a buff. His leader ability is useless in general, let alone compared to other Sith. If they gave him 2 uniques like Chirrut and Baze have he'd probably be a little more useful.
Personally I'd love to see his "Overpower" ability just 1-shot a target that doesn't have any buffs no matter their health/protection and then for every buff they have the % of health needed to 1-shot decreases. So if they have 0 buffs, they're dead. If they have 1 buff they need to have say less than 85% health. If they have 2, less than 70%, if they have 3, less than 55% health, if they have 4 buffs less than 40% health, if they have 5 buffs, less than 25%. Anything over 5 buffs is just 25% health. Adds more strategy to buff removal/immunity.
