Seems legit

i find it hard to believe they didn't realize how exploitable this was

and going be gear-crafting, mod-crafting, they will take no action even tho all parties abusing this are fully aware they are exploiting the game

they'll just make the ability to change defense unchangeable later down the road like it should've been from the get-go

Might want to look up the definition of Exploit.... has nothing to do with the game parameters. Regardless, it's all the same outcome, EA will loose money so long as it is going on since there are many like me that have turned off the green fountain. So either they want the money or they don't but I'm not in the business of throwing good money after bad.

Yeah I was posting this idea in my guild chat as soon as I heard the tournament mechanics from the guys in Asia... and I couldn't have been the only one. Can't believe no one at CG realized this was gonna be a thing.

Getting back to the op legit since within the games design working as intended.

fwiw, i'm going to obtain 'a shiny new shoretrooper' too, i'm just not going to be a snide **** about it.

That's a shame that your guild isn't coordinated enough to pull this off, you don't have to be so salty about it though.

I'm sorry but how is this an exploit? Nothing we're doing is outside the game mechanics. It's more a question of morals than being an exploit. And I doubt EA is losing money on this, more than likely profiting a good amount.
