Severe lack of customer care
So how is it that CG can get away with such a severe lack of customer care. Bugs that don't award shards? Ehh, maybe next year. Packs weren't showing up in the find flow for gear and shards? DROP EVERYTHING! We gotta fix this game-breaking bug! (Aka: a bug that hurts the revenue, not actual gameplay)
I'm curious if anyone has other examples of such a lack of customer care for a game that has such a healthy monthly revenue.
