Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I will try to make my point by using a fairly simple example to illustrate why speeds mods should be reworked. Note in passing, I have only 2 resistance toons so I would not profit from this. Speed...

So what if the difference between them becomes proportionally less? Rey is still faster than Aayla and does a hell of a lot more damage balancing out against Aayla's extra HP.

Without mods, Rey hit 5 Times whereas Aylaa hit onky 3 Times. With mods the relationship becomes 6 to 5.
