Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I will try to make my point by using a fairly simple example to illustrate why speeds mods should be reworked. Note in passing, I have only 2 resistance toons so I would not profit from this. Speed...

You just have to run her right. My leia can triple tap for 30k+ total consistently
