Squad power
I know im gonna get called stupid but what does power actually mean? I had more power than someone else in squad arena but they absolutely bodied me doing a ton of damage. I just need help understand...

It is a metric to say how complete your toon is. It takes your toons lvl, gear, ability and mods and gives it a value. It doesn't actually have anything to do with squad synergy.
It's more important to learn team synergy and counters. Check swgoh.gg for some ideas, go against teams and see how they work and try to find toons that counter them. Does the team do a lot of assisting or gain a lot of TM? Go for daze heavy teams, or teams that punish attacks out of turn like Traya.
