Star fighters with multiple pilots
This may be a stupid question but if a Star fighter has more than one pilot aka kylo ren's ship does that mean the ship will get more crew power faster than a single pilot ship? And if so will it also...

Nope. It just means you have to spend 2 or 3 times as much gear to get the same results as gearing up a single-pilot ship. :)
IMO it isn't really worth the effort unless all the pilots of a multi-pilot ship are characters that you were already planning to gear up anyway for other purposes.
