SWGOH content missing
I can’t ply Grand Arena. Opened a support ticket and they sent me here. It’s been almost three weeks.
Hey @jconnell26, Two things could be happening here.
- There is no Grand Arena (GA) event on when you went to play. Grand Arena events are run intermittently i.e. there can be gaps between when GA events occur. If you are trying to play a GA event when one is not running you will receive that screen message.
OR - You missed the premade/sign-up day to register for the event (as @PremierVenoth mentioned above). If you miss the preview/sign-up day (24hr window), you won't be able to take part in that Grand Arena event.
At the moment there aren't any Grand Arena events taking place which might be why you are still seeing that screen. There is a GA event coming up really soon so do make sure to check your events and note down the sign-up day to make the window. If you'd like to know more about what events are coming up, I've found checking out CG_SBCrumb's Events Calendar for January to be informative.
