Refund TW Omicrons

The title says it all.

The new "Anniversary" way to play the game has rendered Territory Wars irrelevant. The only draw to compete in this aspect of the game came from the desire to receive end game "droid brain" materials. Now, they are craftable, removing any desire to compete for a resource so easily attainable outside of such event. 

Guild leaders are going to be hard pressed to get participation from their troops when the rewards are non enticing. 

There are two ways forward, update TW's to include Relic 10 upgrade materials, or refund our TW omicrons so we can better use them in more relevant and beneficial aspects of the game. 

TW is a dead-end event, pointless for team play without rewards that draw people to compete.
