Tactical maneuvering is the dumbest mechanic ever. It's never a good idea to have an unmitigatable mechanic. There's literally nothing you can do to slow it down or avoid it. Making every attempt the same. Just attack until you are slowly overwhelmed every time. What a chore.
Grievous doesn't need to be able to respawn ALL his escorts so quickly. He doesn't need to apply 5 dots every other turn. His HP is so ridiculous you could let him take 10 turns to reuse his specials and we'd STILL complain. Because it's senseless.
