I'm not so sure about that. Level 85 will bring g11 for everyone. Roster size is important insofar as the entire guild needs four really strong teams, give or take. Getting toons to g11 will go a long way in getting those strong teams. You just have to keep plugging away at the raid until you can break through and get enough new raid gear to improve your teams.
