Well it is August....

i've been assuming they're nerfing the toons and refunding toward the end of the month, or roughly 1 month from the announcement in July. Since they mentioned giving us a month to think about reinvesting in our toons or using it elsewhere.

My only issue with this ship is that while the Negotiator and Malevolence were counters to each other, and you could get some Rebel fleet tossed in there, at least the fleet leader boards did not all feature the same capital ship right down the rankings. 1) are you really genuinely seeing Rebels anywhere near the top of fleet arena?

2) is your SerylT2 account an alt account?

my alt sees lots of rebels in fleet arena. high quality rebels.

But does anyone running that fleet have Negotiator / Malevolence?

There is a guy in my fleet shard who runs rebel fleet and he rises at will when he wants.
Don’t get me wrong he falls just as quick but he reaches first every day.
He is nearly 7 mill GP and hasn’t even got Mal or Neg unlocked but with the age of my shard this must be a conscious choice on his part I would guess.

So they do exist ?

PERSONALLY, I think the nerfs are upcoming wednesday, the 11th with the next set of requirements

They said r9 will come after the nerfs, and r9 should be end of the month, which I assume is going to be with the last content update of the month (25th Aug)

So when will we get the kit for the Executor? Curious what ships will be best with it. Seems CG possibly thinks BH ships and Tie Advanced x1 and Imp Tie Fighter with the characters needed.

Yep, max rebels can beat malevolence and negotiator consistently. There’s a guy on my shard that does it daily. He has negotiator and malevolence too. Playing negotiator against his rebel fleet can be an RNG nightmare, so I typically only use malevolence against it.

I would guess the day after the ship event ends, so you won't qualify without buying more R8 mats...

Executer as a requirement does not really make sense. With the GLs we are just in the Clone Wars era, the Executer doesn't fit in there. If at all you need the Malevolence, but I rather think that you won't need a ship for LV.

All the other GLs have a ship requirement; why wouldn’t LV be any different?

Also "doesn't make sense" isn't really relevant on a holotable, or in CG's offices.
