I don’t manage my resources wisely. BH is a required team for dstb. As much as people say you can farm what you want- if you want to help you functioning guild you BH. I complained on their lack of rework when dstb came out. Then boom. New BH that are pretty great. Bossk is an awesome toon.
I did not care about Ewoks at all. Then the wicket event came out and I ignored it for the few events it came around. A lot of ppl did. Cap wanted them to be viable in other areas so ppl would farm them. Once they changed the way we could acquire mt and wicket I farmed them both.
I made Ewoks passable for the event only. Once c3po rumors started to come around here I geared them and zetad chirps. Fun team useable in many game modes. Got OTC. No complaints.
I’m not much of a spender but really stopped putting any money in this game when I went on my short lived hiatus.
Content has to get more demanding. Sometimes I think the player base forgets we are one gear slot from g13 now. Preloaded tm is frustrating and having to do some of these events 100s of times made me want to pull my hair out. But Idk another solution. If it’s just kill order it’s problem solved by one look on the forums.
I do my best to help myself when it comes to events, help my guild in guild content, and try my best to work on toons I want.
I currently have 10/14 zetas on empire and only 2 that aren’t g12. Told you I am terrible with my resources. But it makes me happy. My alliance makes me happy. And I know if I won’t unlock it’s nbd because they always come back.
I didn’t even try for revan it was just laughable to me. Saving 10k worth of purp shouldn’t be considered a farming method.
TLDR- trend of the game is the same. There’s no real mountain top. There never will be. If anything we should be advocating for newer players to advance faster so we don’t age out here and can continue to play a game that has consumed my time literally longer than some of my relationships. ( that 2 year mark always gets me)
