Themed GAC by Light side or specific to squads

Ever stuck seeing the same teams over and over again or using the same teams in GAC?  Have a party GAC mode that provides bonuses to underutilized squads or teams with zero synergy and themed GAC.  ...

Not quite. something different that utilizes under relic teams, under G13 characters, and that is accessible to all players

I have no characters under g13 other than the very most recent marquee characters. I am not alone. 

How is this accessible to "all" players?
