I know you use a translator to post in English - but it is really difficult to understand what you’re complaining about this time. What does “lose 1 turn” mean?
Are you saying that you won’t catch your enemy if they start with a Scimitar? The Scimitar speed gain is on reinforcement only, so enemies starting with Scimitar are not going to get any speed boost - but you will if you call in Scimitar as a reinforcement.
Or are you saying you won’t catch your enemy if they get first move and then bring in Scimitar as reinforcement? I’ve run the battle several times and I’ve not once seen the enemy bring in a reinforcement before it uses Sabotage Hangars. So you will catch and surpass them if you bring in your Scimitar at the earliest opportunity.
Maybe you can clear up what your complaint is this time, but the new fleet meta is pretty much a guaranteed win on offence - if you play it correctly.
