I think with first order tie pilot coming as login toon, we need to be ready for movie release content coming soon. Highly likely we will need resistance and first order teams at full 7* for new toons and events. BB8 probably at 7* for the next legendary toon. That's my take at least. What do yall think?

fo is annoying as hell to farm and i doubt if ones starts now they can name it in time with the fo officer. Resistance is even worse with fin being hard farmed nowdays, lets just hope they do not require resitance tropper farm to.

There are lots of ppl with Resistance farmed but less with FO. I'm assuming FO for BB8 7* then whatever 4 other Resistance you have at 7* (would guess Finn, Poe, Rey most have already) to be used in a proposed new toon unlock event.

I do agree that we'll probably need Resistance at 7* for december. BB8 coming back in november so that we can 7* seems likely especially for those who could not 7* R2. FO and resistance have been my farming priority for the last 2 months so I hope that I'll be ready for whatever is thrown at us. :)

FO sure! 2 months with First Order login characters you better be getting that squad ready for something! I've been farming FOST since the BB8 event and havent gotten him to 5* yet, I'll set my sights in Kylo after 50 more Old Ben shards. Hopefully there will be some double drop events for the 2nd anniversary of swgoh so I can get the cantina currency for FOOfficer! Im excited for November!

The Vets were also billed as being very useful in TB. Their stacking attributes and AOE debuffs seem to support this.

Ever play Civilization? If you want math, you need pottery. If you want Rey, you need these other folks. These folks are only "useless" to you because you're an end-level player with a decent roster. If you were a new player they'd be valuable to you because:
1) They're Scoundrels.
2) They have AoE.
3) They have good kits.

Guess that's true, I don't really need any new toons.
I just get the good ones to stay competitive in ARENA.
We will see, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's resistantance that's required.
But I will get them if it's announced they are needed for Rey

I *hope* it needs Poe, even though I agree with theory that since he's not involved with her face to face at any point in the story he won't be. I want him to be there because that shortens the potential farm list!

The event will be about TFA, not about TLJ. Both veterans are quite a safe bet, along with BB8, Finn and Millenium Falcon.

The game is not set up that way. The devs want to make money but this is not a pay to play/win game.

Its not a joke. Its perfectly plausible that the falcon could be needed. Its been farmable for a while

One hard mode for a month at the most.
That's farmable?
Fost, 3 hard modes for a year. And still considered to be a difficult FARM.
Why hasn't baze been required somewhere his hard mode been around for a year or so.
Its clear to me now that you guys want these requirements, why I'm not sure?
