Tm how does it work ?

No it the first initial move. So no one is shocked and if I got tenacity up it would cause me to not lose a turn. But since I can't go i lose tm and can't go.

Yes. TM reduction goes through a tenacity/potency check. Tenacity up does prevent TM reduction.

My biggs goes then wedge then his jka then his Boba. Usually jka aoe feeds everyone tm. By this time b2 and rex have full tm. But ep then goes. And no my stats aren't wrong

Who else is on his team? If they have a STH he could remove TM before Rex gets to go if he gets hit.

A guildmate told me it is a coin flip when multiple toons have full tm. If that is the case that sucks. I thought it was whoever was faster when full went first.

Oh yea, with a rex lead both of your teams will be gaining TM whenever they are getting hit with crits so if everyone gets to 100% TM its RNG as to who goes first then. Speed just determines how fast a specific character will gain TM when not getting bonus TM from other skills.

This is ongoing in the P1 of heroic AAT raid. When Anakin's unique takes effect, B2 gets 100% TM and Anakin already had 100% TM. Yet B2 goes first everytime. Not sure if you're in a heroic AAT guild but you probably aren't since you don't know that 100% TM can vary between toons. Could be wrong though :)
