"To assist you better, I ask you to create an in-game ticket" - Why/How

I currently have three tickets open with EA Support. Every one of them I have created using the:

Settings > Help > > Raise case

Then nothing seems to happen for a while and you get an email back saying:

"Thank you very much for contacting EA Help my name is ****, To assist you better, I ask you to create an in-game ticket:"

This is maybe the twelfth reply I have had on one of my cases, yet they come back with this. Can someone please help me as your support infrastructure seems to be distinctly lacking.

If someone posts on a topic and they are off topic and this leads to a line of discussion that is also off topic they will all be removed if I am trying to keep.something open to offer support on a topic. The other option would be to close a thread.

There are a few rules in the Forum Guidelines, so yes they may not have been profane. But they can still be removed.
    A stickler for rules

Can confirm mods working overtime, still no formal address from CG that I have seen.

Now to “stay on topic” I would absolutely love a help or ticket system that went directly to Capital Games it would give them an idea of problems within the game and how large/widespread the bug is.

it would be nice to just have some consistency to start with. Reporting correctly only to be told to report again (standard first line support tactic to get rid of the customer) by the same method you used previously is the only consistent thing.

Sounds like a customer service bot makimg an auto response. Gonna be hard to ration with a bot.

Have you tried calling EA help line (its on topic for advice, mods)

Lack of support is another sign the game has reached its end point. Disappearance of devs on a 100m a year game, is a sign they are all working on swgoh2, while trying to milk out the end out one dispite what TVFoxnews will tell you
  • I notice some people seem to be offered a live chat option however all we ever get offered in the UK is the email us.

  • Whenever I've tried to submit a support ticket I fill out the info and try to submit it, but nothing happens. The page just sits there. Their technical support needs technical support.
