So 30 mins ago your hating on the op for his well thought out post you clearly don't understand yourself and now you want information. I guess everyones a critic regardless or information at hand.
Anyway no arena nor any other mode in game bases anything off a win loss record. Or at the very least the devs never articulated any of that behavior to the player base. This new system around win loss is likely implemented in this new global arena game mode in part to solve some inherent problems with guild wars tw.
